Wedding albums are the culmination for all the wonderful memories of your beautiful day presented in a lovingly handcrafted album that tells your story for a lifetime! All wedding albums are custom designed and hand made using the finest materials, intended to last for generations. Because designing a full wedding album on your own can be challenging and time consuming, we take the hassle out of the process and provide full album services from image selection to design to cover selection, and more.
WHY IS A WEDDING ALBUM AN IMPORTANT INVESTMENT?
We’ve come to understand that life is precious, time is fleeting, loved ones should be cherished, and moments from your wedding day, big and small, should be preserved with this in mind. That is why we believe in the importance of wedding albums and creating an heirloom that will be passed on from generation to generation. A photograph is the closest thing we have on earth to a time machine. We want to help you create an album full of the images that will transport back to your beautiful wedding day and let you catch little glimpses of the moments and people that shaped your day and showered you with love. Your memories will be fresh for a while, but with the pace of everyday life, they will fade with time. An heirloom album will help bring those memories back into vivid focus. THE PROCESS
Step 1: CHOOSE ALBUM SIZE
Determine the size of your album: 10×10 or 12 x12 . Both sizes start with a base of 30 pages, but you are more than welcome to add on more pages to fit additional images.
Step 2: ALBUM DESIGN
We love this part of the process! The recommended approach is for us to select all of your images. We typically begin by pre-designing your album spreads with images that we feel best tell the story of your wedding day from start to finish. It’s also easier for you, as the process of narrowing down images can be time consuming and overwhelming.
Step 3: PROOFING
Once we’ve completed the initial design, we will present you with a proof of the album. You’ll receive an email with a link to an online proofing site when complete. Once you receive your proof, you can flip through all of the pages online, post comments for any changes and approve as needed. If it’s love at first sight, that’s wonderful! If you want any changes (images added, replaced, swapped, etc.), the first three rounds of revisions are complimentary. Each further round of revisions is an additional fee of $50. Once we have the album refined to perfection, it’s onto the cover choices!
Step 4: COVER CHOICES
Now that inside of the album is ready to go, it’s time for cover decisions. We offer a range of fine Italian leather or European linen in various tones and colors. Additionally, up to two lines of text can be added to display your names or wedding date. We have a choice of fonts available, or if you have any custom wedding calligraphy or branding from your wedding, we can use that to emboss on the cover. Once you have decided on your cover options and given us the final approval, it’s off to album makers!
Step 5: DELIVERY
From here you can expect the album in 4-6 weeks. All albums are handmade so they do take time. The absolute best part of our job is delivering you your first family heirloom and something that you can treasure for generations!
